The run home from work last night felt like running in treacle for most of the way, but 2 good things came out of it:
1) Running with a rucksack is not as bad as I thought, and it was pretty heavy too.
2) After the weekend the pace didn’t suffer, in fact, it was much quicker than the last week or 2
Went out for a pint afterwards because I felt like it. And that’s the nice thing at the moment, I’m not too worried about drinking as I know I am making good food choices and my training levels are very high. Unfortunately that will all change on the 1st November when I start with Coach Cox getting ready for Wimbleball in June! Eek!
